An industry veteran with vast operational experience with leading oilfield services and E&P companies across India, Middle East, Far East and Southeast Asia for more than 20 years.
Anuj has handled large P&L’s, and consistently delivered seismic and oil services projects safely and profitably, within time and quality parameters.
A “M. Tech in Geophysics” from Kurukshetra University, Haryana (India). Anuj has qualified executive studies for “Advance Certificate in Management” from Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management in 2015 and founded Advent Oilfield Services Private Limited & took over the company from there to cross 20 million USD mark by March 2022.

B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering from I.I.T. Delhi and an M.S. in Structural Engineering, Mechanics and Materials with Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley with specific focus on earthquake and seismic engineering.
Rakesh has worked on the design of Nuclear Power plants in Japan.
Rakesh’s experience is vast and varied spanning about 25 years, ranging from software development to Finite Element Analysis to Operations Management among many others. Rakesh has been a serial entrepreneur since the past 20 years and shows his belief in the founder of Advent Oilfield Services Private Limited and lead the company with close association with founder.

An Honours degree in Physics from Institute of Science with and M. Sc (Tech) in Geophysics from Banaras Hindu University, with vast Operation, Quality, Sales & Marketing experience with several service companies across India for more than 15 years.
Amit has worked on the designing, planning & quality aspect of the project in his initial career with several oilfield services companies in India and then after moving to sale & marketing in later phase of his career after getting his expertise in project management & planning.
Amit has been associated with Advent Oilfield Services Private Limited since inception of the company and play significant role in the company growth.

Upendra has over 25 years of varied international experience in management and leadership roles in Operations Geophysics, Seismic Data API, Multiclient Seismic, New Ventures, Business Development, Subsurface Consulting, Project Management, New Technology Deployment, Business Transformation and QHSE in Oil & Gas Exploration.
Over the years, he has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has played a key role in delivering high value complex projects with operational excellence in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Upendra holds a M. Tech in Applied Geophysics and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Kurukshetra University, India.

Sachin has worked and delivered consistently on Supply Chain Transformation Projects which helped in making Bottom Line stronger for the organization.
A Certified Supply chain professional from APICS-ASCM (Association of Supply Chain Management) from Chicago US. Sachin is Master’s in Business Administration from Maharishi Dayanand University and M.Sc. in Operations Research in Industry Management from Kurukshetra University.

Roshan has worked in different position in seismic data acquisition crews and delivered many challenging projects efficiently as a project manager & other managerial role, maintaining good quality data and implemented QHSE policies at project site up to the client satisfaction.
He holds B. Tech degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from Board of Technical Education UP Lucknow.

An Able Military Leader and an Administrator trained with Indian Navy, Indian Air Force and Indian Coast Guard is enveloped with 29 years of Marine and Aviation Operations. He is distinguished with arrays of medals and decorations for his commitment and dedication to Service.
Commandant (Retd) has held prestigious appointments onboard Indian Coast Guard Ships and establishments in the capacity of Commanding officer, Executive Officer, Navigating Officer, Security Officer, Logistic Officer, Training and Recruitment and Public Relation Officer.
He Graduated from JNKVV, Jabalpur in 1992 and Postgraduate in Business Administration from IIM Indore.
